Saturday Afternoon Adventure

Jack picking out the perfect pumpkin.

We (my mom, my sisters, and their two kids, oh and my brother-n-law) decided to take a trip to the North Georgia mountains to visit Burt's Pumpkin Farm. The kids loved seeing all the pumpkins and riding on the hayride. It was crowded but not too badly. We all picked the perfect pumpkin and then had to figure out how we were going to get them all home. Pumpkins, carseats, strollers, and kids don't mix in a car. We definitly needed a conversion van. After Burt's we headed right up the road to Amicalola Falls. There wasn't much to the waterfall because of the drought but we got some pictures in the stream and Jack loved playing in the water.
